About ASIA 2014

Arthroplasty Society in Asia (ASIA) is teamed up by top experts in joint from Asia and the rest of the world, with the aim of sharing up-to-date knowledge and experience, enhancing surgical expertise, and educating young surgeons in Asia. The 2nd Annual Meeting of Arthroplasty Society in Asia in collaboration with AORecon (ASIA 2014) ended with a great success in Seoul, Korea on November 8, 2014.

Focusing on regional orthopedic issues, ASIA 2014 was designed to provide precious opportunities for scientific communication and interpersonal networking for the participating surgeons.

The meeting attracted participants from more than 20 countries. In addition to experts from Asian countries and regions such as China, Korea, India, Japan, Pakistan, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan, there were also experts from Europe and America taking the stage in ASIA2014. More than 80 representatives from China had attended the meeting.

Dozens of academic reports, AORecon Symposiums and ASIA Symposiums were held in succession, which presented cutting-edge technologies and academic developments, making the conference a true event of think tank of Asia arthroplasty community.
